Sunrise Hotel - Shanklin

This place is great, and has free wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely bar area. The staff once helped me find my way around. I'm coming back for New Year!

Very clean bed in the single room, plus an electric kettle, central heating and a TV. Savoury and rich breakfast with lots of food, fantastic friendly staff.

Clean room, excellent view over the bay. Location very close to numerous other lovely beaches, the beach area and the seafront. For shots visit Plough and Barleycorn, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Miserable staff!

The hotel offered a spacious room with a lovely sea view, and the breakfast was abundant and tasty. the pool area felt neglected and could use some attention.

Consider requesting a room with a garden view. it offers a more pleasant and soothing ambiance than facing the inner parts of the hotel.

Consider bringing your own tea and coffee supplies, as the water in the room may not be suitable for making hot drinks.

The breakfast was a family favorite, and the spacious parking was a big perk. The location, just steps from the beach, made it even better. It seemed like home, recommended for families!

The location is perfect for families, just minutes from Pirates Cove Adventure Golf and Small Hope Beach. We enjoyed spacious rooms with a fantastic sea view and the kids loved the outside pool. Breakfast was diverse and tasty, perfect for all ages.

In my children's opinion, the hotel needs a playground for fun outdoor activities.

Nice stay, but could use some work

We spent one night, and honestly, the location was spot on. The room was super quiet, just like I asked! Breakfast was pretty decent too, but I had to wait ages for service since the dining area was packed. But man, the carpet in the hallway was kinda gross and needed a clean.

Wonderful stay, excellent service, good food.

Gracellie impressed me with its beautiful sea views. I loved the clean and spacious room with lovely beach vistas. The bathroom offered lots of space, although it felt a bit dark. Staff were helpful, especially when they assisted with my bags. Breakfast had excellent choices and the location was perfect, close to the beach. I noticed the water coming out of the tap looked dirty, disappointing and made it impossible to make tea or coffee in the room. The cramped layout of the superior family room left little room to move around comfortably. I faced issues with the check-in process being slow too, frustrating.

Gracellie is a gem with amazing sea views. Our room was clean and spacious with lovely beach views. The bathroom was big, though a bit dark. The staff helped us with our bags, excellent. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is close to everything we wanted to explore.

The staff were really friendly and tried to help. The food in the bar was decent too and the drinks were not too overpriced. It was cozy n clean enough for a short stay. The location was pretty good, close to beach.
